Windows Into Yellowstone Walk (June 4 to September 4)
Experience the muddy caldrons, acid geysers and clear pools of Norris Geyser Basin! Join a park ranger for a walk through this magical land and learn about the park’s geologic past, present, and future. Meet at the Norris Geyser Basin Museum. Bring water, sunglasses, and sunscreen. 1.5 hours.

Whether you’re hiking a backcountry trail, camping, or just enjoying the park’s amazing wildlife from the road, this quick workshop is for you and your family. Park rangers will help you learn where to look for animals and how to safely enjoy your wildlife watching experience. Meet at the Norris Geyser Basin Museum. 20 minutes.

World’s Tallest Geyser (May 27 to September 4)
Explore the rare and fascinating world of geysers at the world’s tallest active geyser on earth! Meet at Steamboat Geyser, a 15–minute walk from the Norris Geyser Basin parking lot. In rainy weather, the talk will be held at the Norris Geyser Basin Museum. Check with ranger at information desk. 20 minutes.
