We are one more step closer to moving. It apears the inspections have gone well, now the appraisal. We just got notice that they have ordered the appriasal. This is the tricky part, the home has to be at least 30% of the cost, not sure how this part will pan out. This is what could blow us out of the water. The VA is a stickler.
We do have to have tie-downs put in/on before the loan is final. The water was sent to Four Corners by Bozeman to the lab for testing. We will be waiting to see on that. They de-winterized the home on Thursday.
