Don't know if/how much they charge to just use the pool, but it's hotspring-fed and wonderful. Eat lunch at the poolside grille, or make a reservation for the sit-down, white-tablecloth (but not really all that formal - fancy attire is NOT needed) excellent dining room.
About 35 minutes north of north entrance and certainly worth the trip.
