BP, I don't think they'd ever relocate the VC away from Mammoth. There are too many visitors concentrated in that area to not have a VC, BCO, and the other services there. They certainly might add some kind of VC function in concert with YA in Gardiner, but the compactness of that area and its remoteness from any significant features would preclude them from simply replacing the Mammoth VC with one in Gardiner.
