Pilgrim Creek bridge in the Tetons is being reconstructed with up to 1/2 hour delays. When we were there we experienced zero in the way of delays, but it's always a possibility. After that the road was free of cone zones until you get to the area at the bottom of Washburn where they are doing construction between Tower to Roosevelt. Give yourself some time in this area, we did get delayed for 20 minutes one day, and if it rains your car gets totally trashed.
