I was in Yellowstone for 1½ weeks recently and the degradation is really noticeable. I didn't have too many issues with calls but it frequently took two, three, or four, attempts for texts to go through. Internet through the cell was a joke especially up north. Although I think it was a separate issue because it affected everyone, not just Verizon users, cell service was completely down at Old Faithful on June 22nd.
