The evening of the 20th, I'd spend that time in Lamar valley, with a short trip or two up towards Tower Falls, and back the other way towards Petrified Tree.
On the 21st, I would do the upper loop. Early morning in Lamar, then head up Dunraven Pass to Canyon. After visiting Canyon, a drive through Hayden Valley down to Fishing Bridge area. Back through Hayden again and then on to Norris, looping back to Lamar through Mammoth.
On the 22nd, pick the route you enjoyed the most to head south and visit the Old Faithful area.
You should visit at least two of the geyser basins. Old Faithful and...another, Norris perhaps.
You need to visit the Canyon, Mt. Washburn, Lamar, and Hayden.
