Hayden Valley has been good for grizzly and wolves, and the bison rut should have started. Look for the people at Grizzly Overlook and north of there. We saw many, many black bears on the Northern Range from Phantom Lake to Tower Junction and from Tower Junction up to Calcite. That was in early June but they are still around. Lamar and Soda Butte Valleys, just to see them and all of the possible animal sightings, again look for the people. Then there are the bison, thousands of them. The red dogs have started to turn brown and the bulls are getting cranky. Anything you do will be wonderful and don't forget to stop for Chocolate Pot.
