It's not been a terribly heavy snow year, no reason to doubt the route from Mammoth to Madison Junction to Old Faithful might not have been plowed on schedule.
You may find the off-road hiking in that area (say, to Lone Star Geyser) blocked with snow, or sloppy/muddy/wet, but you will have no trouble getting around any geyser basin boardwalk in that part of the park, as they're naturally warmed by what lies underneath :-)
