This was the first time that I have seen a bear in Grand Teton. I have been at least a dozen times but no bear luck. That certainly changed. Hayden is fine with it. He has seen lots of animals being eaten and has a very good understanding of how it has to work. The takedown was a blur in the foliage along the ox-bow.
