The Hotel interior is designed after a completely different romantic esthetic. It was recently updated and is inviting and comfortable, busy in the evenings while people wait for their table at the restaurant. At the far end there are views of the Lake to be had.
As Pat says, the restaurant is good, but you probably won't get in for dinner if you don't reserve in advance. You can do that with Xanterra before your arrival. It is not a problem to get in for breakfast or lunch. The deli she mentioned is expensive but you can pick up a decent small meal there. What I can't recall is whether the deli is open in the evening.
