The Mammoth VC, and they continue the numbering sequence down the row on Officer's Row, and then back. So the Interp Building next to the VC is #2, the Superintendent's Residence is #3, and the other huge duplex residences are 4, 5, 6, and 7. The smaller house is 8, the big duplex next to it on the end is 9. Then they go back, so that the Jail, quite fittingly IMO, is #13. lol
