A discussion we had a while back about some sort of electromagnetic disturbance, maybe sun spots or other little-understood phenomena "causing" bear incidents? Well, I just read about another bear incident on Thursday (8/15) in Michigan, involving a black bear chasing, catching and mauling a teenager who was running in a rural area at 9PM. Not quite "mysterious" I guess, but three bear incidents on the same day? Then I read of an Alaskan hunter who was rescued after a daring effort by the Air Force in the Brooks Range after sustaining life-threatening injuries caused by a griz - if not on the same Thursday then Wednesday. Weird, huh?
