I suspect they are the same routes, just staring at opposite ends. That's also a good walking trail, by the way, and if you don't have the oomph to do the 4.2 miles in each direction, you can start and either end and ride the employee shuttle (for a small charge, I forget what it is, but it's not much) back to your vehicle.
Just be very bear aware if you hike, that's Lady Teton -grizzly # 399's - territory, end-to-end. You can be confident she won't bother the riders though, they make ooh-gobs of noise so they won't ever catch her by surprise.
