The NPS runs air quality monitoring stations in a number of National Parks. That map can be found at:

Quite a few of the sites have operating cameras. That map is here:

Information about the monitoring in Yellowstone is here:

http://www.nature.nps.gov/air/Permits/Aris/YELL/index.cfm

And the raw data can be seen here:

http://nature.nps.gov/air/data/current/data_YELL-WT_timelines.cfm

What is curious is that they call this station the "Water Tower" station. (Shades of LOST!) That name would suggest that the data is not coming from the equipment next to the Post Office at Old Faithful.

It would be odd for the NPS to maintain one site and the YCR to maintain another site but stranger things have happened in our federal government.

I inquired well over a year ago about the status of the air quality webcam in Yellowstone. First I was told that it would be back up when the station was permanently relocated from its original site. In response to another inquiry a few months later I was told that there was no plan to bring the camera back online.

Sounds like a sleuthing job for our man SY to tackle while he is in the park this summer.
