sit and stay awhile.
After this, the bear retreated back into the woods there. I took that as my cue to leave. The bear changed it's plan because of the crowd. With roadside bears, it happens.
A bit of a dilemma for the rangers on this one. Make a hole so the bear can cross into the main Mud Volcano parking lot with all the unsuspecting people there? It's never easy herding bears.
Oh, happy Bear Friday and 4th.
