The Grand Teton Lodge Company calls the facility at Flagg Ranch the Headwaters Lodge (referring to the nearby Snake River). The restaurant inside is called Sheffields.
If you check Trip Advisor, you get the usual wide range of opinions for National Park concessioner food with the peak of the bell-shaped curve at Average. It is rated "Number 6 of 6 restaurants in Moran, WY." Not exactly a ringing endorsement.

Another option at Grant Village is the Lake House Restaurant. Menus for both the dining room and the Lake House are here:

The Grant dining room is rated #12 and the Lake House is rated #21 of 23 dining establishments in Yellowstone National Park. (Roosevelt gets #1 and the Lake Hotel gets #2.)
