Wow, it's been quiet here lately. Anyway, I figured I'd post
my trip dates for 2016 (so far). I'll be in the park with my
wife, and possibly my 13 year old nephew for his first trip,
from June 15th to the 25th. We're spending the first 5 nights
at Roosevelt, at night at Old Faithful, 2 nights in Grand
Teton, and the final 2 nights in one of the new buildings at
Canyon.
Wildlife is always our focus, so hopefully it will be a good
spring. Also, we're driving out to the park from our home in
New Jersey. We did this for the first time in September and
loved it. It takes a few days, but it will save us well over
$1,000 in airfare and car rental, plus we can pack whatever we
want.
Hope to see/meet others from here and other boards who may be
in the park at the same time. I got to finally meet Ballpark
Frank during our September trip and had a great time.
