Two weeks ago Tuesday, Livingstonites headed to Toastmasters near the east side bridge could barely find parking because of all the semis and tractor units huddling in every possible parking spot. The Interstate was closed, as you might well guess, due to a heavy dump of the white stuff, which melted over the weekend. Last Tuesday, similar dump of white stuff, but not a truck to be seen in the TM parking lot, or cluttering Park Street. However, the snow covering the picnic tables Tuesday and Wednesday stood ten inches deep. Thursday, things started to melt, and as of today, Friday, we've had patches of dry sidewalk and even lawn in between drizzles. The long range forecast calls for more precip, but it would really be nice not to have it cluttering up Tuesdays and Wednesdays for a change of pace!
