It goes over the background explaining the source of confusing messaging, etc., that I think is valuable.
I personally would never go into any kind of crowd, or anywhere indoors with more than a couple of people, like a grocery store, doctor's office, etc., without a mask. I have no way of knowing whether I'm infected if I don't have symptoms or haven't been tested and no way in hell would I want to do anything that would put other people at risk if I could do anything to prevent it.
