You are likely to have difficulty getting a seat on a snow coach (out of JH, West, or for that matter, Gardiner) this late in the season. I looked into it in November and almost all runs were full, in part due to reduced capacity related to covid safety adaptations, and in part due to reductions in the number of companies offering services after Delaware North bought out almost all of the smaller operators in West and Gardiner (don't know about south entrance). Xanterra is the only major concessionaire operating interior coach trips from Gardiner (https://www.xanterra.com/stories/parks/yellowstone-snowcoaches-the-ultimate-ticket-to-ride/)
Having said that I've found the only way to get a coach into the park earlier than 8 AM is to charter it, and as you might imagine, that's pretty pricey (around $1,800-$1,900 to rent the entire coach for the day, though if you can recruit others to take some of the seats you could split the cost).
You'll have to contact the coach companies directly to see what they say about schedules and seat availability.
