Xanterra is having tremendous staffing problems right now so you are certainly going to get as much work as you want. Good luck! Be Covid aware and safe since that is partly why they are losing staff.
There is a Yellowstone Hiking Facebook page and also a Yellowstone Hiking Meetup Group, both of which could help match you with others to go hiking.
You can find both of them by doing a search for those words and then join.
