One thing that I have learned is that "if you build it, they will come."

The idea for a habitat home is coming to reality. Rufus hummingbirds, black headed grosbeaks, pine siskins in biblical numbers, crossbills, raccoons, deer, cowbirds sans cattle, and yesterday the first Uinta ground squirrel. Also rabbits, yellow warblers, kingbirds, sand-hill cranes, geese, Savannah sparrow not to mention robins and raptors of every sort. And eagles.

And best of all, no tourons.
