I'm pretty sure that Olympus uses the four thirds sized sensor in their cameras.
This is a smaller sensor than what Nikon, Canon and most other cameras use.
The smaller sensor give the appearance of more focal length.
If you switch to a camera that uses an APS-C sensor, using the same 300mm, your bear will be smaller in the frame.
If you switch to a full frame sensor, the bear will be even smaller.

For Flickr, I don't know how to do it with an IPad, or any Apple product.
However, they have made it simpler for PC's so it might be simpler for those too.
Click on your photo
See the download thingy at the lower right?
Click on that, then click "view all sizes"
From there, pick the size you want to show us, and get the image url from that size.
You'll probably have to delete the "S" from the beginning of the url>>httpS << get rid of that S
