For example, the 7-day pass for both parks goes from $25 to $50. That's a 100 percent increase.

Not that I have any real issue with paying that much--if I'm going to take the time and spend the money to visit the region, that's still a relatively small part of my total cost. I would especially feel that way if I was convinced that the money generated would be additional funding for the park(s). However, I would be suspicious of this becoming the old shell game, where the "additional" funding really only replaces the previous funding source with no real significant increase.
