We got views across the river of microscopic people at Calcite Overlook, and eventually, a sliver of the parking lot at Tower Falls, but overall it's not a very busy trail, at least in early mid-June, with almost no intrusion from civilization unless you look hard for it. At one spot we also heard (but did not see) peregrine falcons calling, and watched an osprey following the river downstream until the bird disappeared.
This view is to the north as the canyon walls gradually diminish in steepness and deepness and the river makes its way to pass under the bridge on Northeast Entrance road.
