I'm getting the Trip Reports from this website, (Yellowstone Up Close and Personal), check the Index section. Most of the trip reports from this year have Bill Hamblin's name on them but I did see at least one from John William Uhler. It's posted weekly with a day by day account. As far as your question about the crowd, any crowd, anywhere...we're not risk takers or adventure seekers, just two average people from NJ that love the thrills from the safety of the road. :)
