Back when dinosaurs roamed the Earth (ok, well, quite a few
years ago...) my wife, Mary, and I were regular visitors to
YNP. We spent way to many hours at sunrise and sunset out in
the Lamar Valley watching the escapades of 21, 42, their progeny,
and other packs such as Slough Creek.

Then, as tends to happen, life took us in different directions,
and it's now probably been the better part of a decade since
our last visit. But I just made reservations for us to visit
the park for a week or so middle of next month. We are
certainly planning to fit in some wolf watching this trip, as
well as other adventures.

I'm guessing the whole "wolf scene" has changed significantly
since our last visit. Any guidance for us on where the best
spots are these days to see them, or any pointers to resources
to help us get re-acclimated? Is "...follow the yellow Nissan
Xterra ..." still good advice for finding wolves? :-)
