Rest assured that the famed hot springs will be flowing hot and copious. I check on them regularly, and they are in fine form. For several centuries, people who only see the Mammoth terraces and the springs that keep constructing them on rare occasion claim that they are drying up. That is because of the human tendency to gradually build up a memory that is greater than the reality, and the geological reality that the springs shift their activity constantly. They never look the same after you see them the first, second, or eightieth time. The beauty of that is that each experience is unique!
The dining room will be open, unless some major COVID-19 event forces its closure. We were in Mammoth multiple times yesterday, and the dining room lights were on, and there were real live employees in there, readying everything for its opening later this week.
