Canary's plumbing seems to be clogging up, flow is much diminished in some areas. I understand it's done this more than once since it was first observed in the 19th century, so my best guess is that pressurized hot water beneath it will seek and find other routes to the surface and that flow will be restored, one way or the other, sooner or later. And as Ballpark noted, many other parts of the lower and upper terraces are still as active as ever.

Photo taken a few weeks ago of an area that was until very recently flowing and glowing. One of these days it'll be surpassed by even more beautiful activity in another nearby area. No reason to despair, but this image does show what people have been talking about.
